Frequency
For residential we offer a schedule of 4 or 8 weekly (minimum of 3 cleans). We unfortunately don’t offer one off cleans.

Access
We will always notify the evening before your clean. So if access is needed to be made this can be done (unlocking of gates,garages,etc). We will always do our upmost best to complete your clean, but if we are not able to safely gain access and risk injury or damage then the windows without access won’t be cleaned but full price will still be charged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide appointments. We may however be able to provide a rough estimate on our ETA.

Instant quote
Our instant quote prices are an average size for each property. On arrival we may need to adjust quote by either reducing or increasing the price.

On the day/day before cancellations
We will always do our best to provide a reliable service. We plan our schedule 7-14 days in advance. Meaning we are unable to replace your slot if you were to cancel. We understand sometime life can throw curve balls but 2 consecutive on the day/day before cancellations will be deemed a breach of contract and a £15 cancellation fee will be charged. We may also cancel your future cleans.

Our phone lines are open between 8am and 5pm weekdays. On either 01691 750 750 or 01952 301 011. Emails are also available but this could take some time during busy period to reply. Text message may not be seen due phones not being managed.

Payments
For all our cleans, our main payment method is go cardless direct debit. We also can accept cash but bank transfer and cheques are no longer a method we use.

Complaints
We will always aim to deliver the best possible results when working on your property. If the occasion happens and you are unhappy with your clean please contact us within 24 hours and we will come back and reclean without any questions. If outside the 24 hours a reclean may not be offered the full charge will still apply.

Cancelling
We have a minimum of 3 cleans policy. If you wish to cancel and this is prior to 3 cleans the remainder will still be owed and charged. As we do not provide one off cleans.

Confidentiality
Under the data protection act we are obliged to secure all details provided. These are kept on a secure database which are only accessible via JST Exterior Cleaning employees and sub contractors. No details are shared outside of this.

Insurance
We have public and employers liability insurance, this covers both us and you, the customer. details can be made upon request.

Our Methods
Heated water Window Cleaning

We use a heated purified water fed pole system to clean windows, We produce this water by connecting a hose to our vans along with specialist heaters which pre heats the water. The water can reach temperatures of 60°. Once we have completed clean we don’t not dry your windows our purified water system will dry spotless. We are unable to remove hard water lime stains, colour deterioration, stubborn staining, or builder material on your glass/frames.

Conservatory windows are included in our prices. There may be an additional charge for skylights/velux’s and conservatory are not included. This will be a separate quote.

Facias, soffit & gutter cleans.
We use our heated purified water system to clean these. We have purpose brush heads to complete this type of cleaning but due to some properties we may not be able to clean all dirt from between gutters and facias.

Gutter vac
Our gutter vac (sky vac) is a commercial hoover used to vacuum debris from your gutters. We will need a power supply to complete this clean. And can only clean visual line of sight. We are unable to clean gutters which have tiles hanging over them.

Conservatory roofs
We use our heated purified water system to compete conservatory. We may need to use ladders to access roofs. Plastic trips may only be able to have a light Brushing due to being fragile. Gutters are not part of this clean.

Solar panels, jetwashing, roof cleaning.
We have both hot water jetwashing and soft washing equipment. We may need to use detergent or chemicals to complete these types of cleaning and also access equipment if working at height. We will complete risk assessments and safe working practices. We will also assess the property for damage prior to us providing a quote to ensure our activities don’t cause further issues.
